Girls Night Event 2010

I wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who played a part in the Girls Night Out event! What a great time! Congratulations to Lindsay Dudek for winning the sterling silver photo ring and to Julia Kinder for winning the Kids Club Raffle!! A BIG thanks to all the amazing vendors (Silpada, Pampered Chef, Gold Canyon Candles, The Trendy Spot, Uppercase Living, and Sassy Glass Jewelry). I also wanted to thank Little Miss Muffin and Stuff Cafe for your delicious catering and Magnolia Market for the wonderful chocolate treats! Of course a special thank you goes out to all our awesome clients and friends who make every thing we do here at Photography by Carrie possible. Without your loyalty, the studio would not exist. Know that I appreciate each and every one of you and I’m truly thankful to be a part of your lives. Thanks as well to the incredible girls that work here in the studio. Rachel, Cassie and Lauren, you are the BEST! I adore you and I’m so thankful to have you all working here. You make every day brighter.

Double Your Dollars!!

Hey everyone! We’ve had some calls and questions about Girls Night Out. I’m going to list a little Q & A.

1. Is there a limit to what I can purchase? No, there’s no limit!!!!! You can purchase as much as you wish for each gift certificate. Only one certificate can be used per session. You must have a scheduled session in your name to be able to use your Double Your Dollars. So let’s say you want to come 4 times this year and get portraits. You’d want to purchase four certificates for maybe $200 each doubled to $400 each so that you can use one certificate per session. There is no limit to gift certificates purchased.

2. Can I use my double your dollars to pay my session fee? Sorry Double Your Dollars cannot be used to pay your session fee. Session fee is due upon booking.

3. When do my Double Your Dollars expire? Expiration date is March 31, 2011

4. Can I use Double Your Dollars anytime of year? Almost anytime. The studio is so booked and we run so many holiday specials during the months of October, November, and December that we can’t handle the Double Your Dollars during these three months. But all other times of year it’s fair game!

5. Can I buy Double Your Dollars for my friend who can’t come Thursday night? Absolutely! Just make sure you have your friend’s name and telephone number handy.

6. What forms of payment do you accept for Double Your Dollars? We take cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment is due at time of purchase.

7. What other cool things are you having Thursday night? Tons of fun stuff! Photo ring giveaway, Kids Club Raffle, lots of door prizes, many awesome vendors, not to mention the food and wine!

8. When is Girls Night Out? This Thursday February 18 from 5-7 p.m. at the studio!

9. What should I wear? Wear an animal print and receive a complimentary photo keychain from your next session.

It’s that time of year again! Girls Night Out is going to be bigger and better than ever this year! Bring all your girlfriends and enjoy the fabulous shopping, delicious food and drinks at Photography by Carrie, Bloom and Under Cover. We are of course offering our Double Your Dollars once again this year. You can purchase any amount, yes ANY AMOUNT and I’ll double it. So if you purchase $500 I will double that to $1000!!!! We’ll also be giving away a sterling silver photo ring as well as having a Kids Club raffle and a ton of cool door prizes. There’s even going to be a big unveiling! But I’ll let you find out about that when you come into the studio on Thursday February 18th from 5-7 p.m. Its going to be a good night, I promise!

These two really inspired me. Michaelyn and Adam are getting married here in April and I’m super excited to be photographing their extra special day. They braved the cold and even a little snow but it was totally worth it. You two ROCK!

Senior Models 2011

Photography by Carrie has a few spots left for senior models 2011! Senior Models from 2010 may also refer those students they think would be great senior models. We are looking for outgoing, top students who are full of energy and enthusiasm who will graduate in 2011. Senior Models get extra special sessions as well as lots of cool gifts and discounts. Only one to two models from each of our area highschools will be chosen. This program is very selective so come by the studio soon to pick up your application. Each model will receive: Free model session, Rep Cards to hand out to friends, discounts with each referral, Free Family Session with $50.00 credit, and much more. We are located at 2117 Broadway street. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday 9-5 and by appointment on Saturdays.
